The ETC Group has launched a ripple XRP ETP

In collaboration with HANetf, ETC Group has released a ripple exchange-traded product (ETP).


With a total expenditure ratio (TER) of 1.95 percent, the XRPetc – ETC Group Physical XRP (GXRP) is listed on the Deutsche Boerse.

GXRP is a physical duplicate of XRP, the native currency of ripple, a blockchain-based settlement and trading network.

With a market worth of $35.3 billion, XRP is the sixth-largest cryptocurrency.

"Ripple is fast becoming a leader in global payment systems, with hundreds of financial institutions adopting ripple to deliver a better international payments experience for their consumers, in real-time," stated Bradley Duke, founder and co-CEO of ETC Group.

"Interest in exchange-traded cryptocurrencies has been rising, giving investors with a safer and more liquid option to obtain exposure to digital assets," said Hector McNeil, co-founder and co-CEO of HANetf, which will sell and distribute the ETP.

"Ripple is a rapidly expanding blockchain-based digital payment network that is gaining acceptance as a result of its speed and dependability."

Following the debut of ETC Group's avalanche, cosmos, and polygon ETPs at the end of March, GXRP becomes the company's thirteenth product.
